No, there is no onboarding fee to get started.
What is the onboarding process?
Our onboarding process involves setting up your technology tools, customizing and documenting your workflow, providing detailed training, and handling any catch-up bookkeeping required. The process typically takes 30-90 days.
How long does onboarding take?
Onboarding usually spans 30-90 days. During this period, we set up your cloud-accounting systems, establish your unique process flow, and provide training. If there's extensive catch-up work or complexity in accounting requirements, onboarding may take longer.
How do I connect with you on an ongoing basis?
Each account is assigned a Client Success Lead, your day-to-day contact. They will coordinate with the rest of the team members on your account, ensuring smooth communication.
How do your contracts work?
Our contracts are simple service agreements with no fixed terms. You have the flexibility to cancel services with 90 days' notice.
Are you a CPA firm?
No, we are not a CPA firm as defined by regulatory bodies.
